RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

FOR

JOHNSON RANCH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

On Street Parking

The undersigned, being all the directors of Johnson Ranch Community Association ("Association"), hereby unanimously consent to and adopt this resolution as the action of the Board of Directors ("Board") of the Association and hereby direct that this resolution be filed with the minutes of the proceedings of the Board of Directors of the Association:

WHEREAS, pursuant to Article IV, Section 1 of the Johnson Ranch Community Association Bylaws, the affairs of the Association shall be managed by the Board of Directors;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Article V, Section 5.3 of the Declaration of the Covenants Conditions and Restrictions for Johnson Ranch Community Association, the Board may from time to time, adopt, amend, and repeal Association rules;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors for Johnson Ranch Community Association adopts the following rules with regards to community parking:

  • No on street parking between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. If an exception to this policy is required, please contact the Association office.

  • Parking on the sidewalk in front of homes or on granite portion of the lot is not permitted.

  • Vehicles parked on the street between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. will be ticketed by an agent of the Association indicating the make, model, and license plate of the car. Owners will receive one courtesy notice (the on-car ticket) from the Association. The second notice will contain a "Notice and Intent to Fine." The third notice will contain a $75 fine. If the owner continues to violate the parking restriction after the third notice, the Association may direct the Associations attorney to pursue a legal remedy. If the parking violation is cured after notification but recurs within six (6) months of the cure date, the violation is considered recurring and results in an immediate Notice of Fine.

  • In consideration of safety concerns, the Board may elect at any time to accelerate the aforementioned notice policy.

  • All disputes regarding the parking will be heard by the Johnson Ranch Board of Directors.
